Review: Unreal Tournament

Welcome to the The world of Unreal Tournament 3. The game has a nice graphics but it's running off of the Unreal Engine, meaning that when you load a level the textures take a second to actually look nice. More or less it looks like Gears of Wars, even the main character in "story" mode looks like the main character from gears. One thing about this game that you need to know is how fast the gameplay is, really you need a fast eye to be dominate in this game. The story mode is more like a tutorial that just took its self to seriously. Nothing special in it, but really I don't think anyone bought this game for the story. The game has a lot of weapons, and many of them are very fun to play around with, they also have some useful secondary fires. Besides the "Story" mode is the Instant Action. From here you can pick from many matches such as Duel, deathmatch, team deathmatch, CTF, ect. Now here's the fun part. If you get tired of these modes from some reason you can just download new modes from online! I got a sweet match for a 4 team brawl, epic. Speaking of downloading, this game accepts mods. So you can get new maps, modes, weapons, cars, ect. All online for free. All you need is a USB host (Flashdrive, PSP, ect.). The game also has mutators so you can edit the game play even more, like making the matches even faster, or slowing down time every time you kill someone (Matrix time!) and much more. The AI is decent so you can have some great fun in it. Next up is Online mode, here is the sad part. There's hardly anyone online. There's about 100 people, this would be fine but the NSTC and the PAL version can join the same game so that cuts down even more players, but you can still have fun if you find a server with a lot of people in it. This game also supports Keyboard and Mouse, this is great for me since I do way better in this game with a Keyboard and Mouse then I do with my controller. This is a Major Plus.
This game has so much to pack that it can last a long long time. It's a must have for anyone who likes fragging people.

My Updated View: This game is great but Midway needs to release that patch so US and UK players can join the same game. There's about 200 people on and it doesn't help if I can only play 30 of them.
